GSS SPECIAL: REVIEW: Porcelain , The Face Spa

First time doing facial at Porcelain , The Face Spa on 24th June.

It's walking distance near Outram Park Mrt , along the shop houses .

Turn left and up the stairs from the door.

Walk up the stairs , Porcelain is at the first door you see, no need to walk all the way up.

First time visit thus I pressed the bell and waited for a moment , later on the staff told me need not press bell , next time can just walk-in so yeah you can just walk in , don't be like me XD

Anyway this is what I did

1.Quintessential Facial
2.RevitalEye Luxx
3.Neck Treatment

whole duration is about 2.5hours ( different people different timing depending on your face needs )

My review : When I entered the place , was greeted by their friendly staffs. It don't feel like you're entering facial salon , it feel 'homely' . During the process ,my therapist explained every step to me , what she's applying and function ( ok , almost all facial place do this ) During extraction times I would usually tear a single or two but this time round I didn't .

and one thing to highlight at Porcelain you can reassure that there is NO HARD SELL POLICY , I know several facial salon especially those well-known brands like XXX or XXX will HARD SELL , and if you don't buy their treatment to you will change from very friendly to ' --- ' . One example in which my sister went for a place for haircut ( the well known salon provide many kind of service like facial , hair , nails etc ) and my sis just want a haircut and the lady was like trying to get my sis to dye her hair also and when my sis show no interest she change her attitude immed D:

I'm not sure if I can say out their student package price here but you can give them a call if interested as although the ala cart menu price for one facial might be over $100 but for the student package they really keep it affordable to suit a student's needs.

and at Porcelain , they customize facial according to customer's needs . Meaning A and B might be doing the same facial ( Quintessential Facial ) but the product use is different as it's customize accordingly.
